Job description - Sales Manager The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who deeply understands prospecting and develops strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities Primary initial point of contact for specific customers. Responsible for achieving sales growth, profitability, and account penetration. including achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and growing business within the defined markets. Assists in the development and implementation of a defined process to prove value to customers on an ongoing basis. Focuses on generating additional sales to existing customers through exceptional after-sales service and follow-up. Sets and achieves sales and profitability goals that are aligned with the overall budget. Maintains the Correct-AI CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Meets regularly for reports with Company leadership to share progress and communicate action plans. Recommends marketing and sales strategies with the objective of increasing market share and optimizing net income. Promotes the products and the company's image of excellence to customers. Develops a culture within the sales organization that is focused on the key organizational goals and ensures outstanding customer satisfaction. Collects information that aids in the development and improvement of products and service offerings. Qualifications Post-secondary academic achievement in business management (or equivalent) combined with 10+ year’s sales experience. Background in field sales experience in the mining or construction industry is a definite asset. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of mobile heavy construction industry and industrial equipment. Excellent use of MS Office software. Excellent communicator with the ability to provide after-sales service to existing customers, build relationships and prospect new accounts.
