This is a hands-on, field-focused role, responsible for the installation, testing, and troubleshooting of Correct-Ai systems on heavy equipment and vehicles. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the on-site integration process, ensuring electrical and machine control systems are installed correctly and operating reliably. Key Responsibilities · Lead and perform field installations of Correct-Ai products, including wiring, hardware setup, and machine control interfaces.· Troubleshoot and resolve electrical signals and machine control issues during initial installations.· Read and interpret hydraulic, electrical, and CAN bus schematics to support system integration and diagnostics.· Conduct initial testing and commissioning of systems to ensure operational reliability.· Provide hands-on training and guidance to operators and field technicians during installations.· Travel to client sites across Canada and Internationally for on-site installations and support.· Assist with hardware assembly, packaging, and testing, including PCB troubleshooting, soldering, and rework as required.Minimum Requirements· Diploma or degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.· 2+ years of experience in hands-on field service, product support, or technical integration roles.· Strong experience with heavy equipment, machine control systems, or industrial automation.· Comfort with hydraulic systems, control logic, and electrical schematics.· Experience with CAN bus, networking protocols, or embedded systems is an asset.· Basic familiarity with Linux and command-line interfaces is helpful but not a core focus.· Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly diagnosing electrical and signal issues on-site.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills for training and collaborating with operators and technicians.· Valid passport and willingness to travel Internationally for client installations.Candidate Profile: Skills and Qualifications· Hands-On Technical Expertise: Able to install, test, and troubleshoot electrical and machine control systems independently in the field.· Systems Integration Focused: Comfortable reading schematics and understanding signal flows to ensure systems function reliably.· Customer-Oriented: Able to train operators and field staff on proper usage and operation of installed systems.· Adaptable & Agile: Comfortable working in dynamic field environments and responding to on-site challenges.
